안녕하세요, Aloha, Hola, Hi, I’m Angelina Lum.

My name comes from my Korean immigrant mother and my Hawaiian-Spanish-Chinese father, hence my classic four-word introduction. Growing up surrounded by a melting pot of cultures, I developed a natural curiosity for how people experience the world differently. That curiosity eventually found its way into my work as a product designer, where I love crafting intuitive, inclusive experiences that make people feel understood.

My creativity doesn’t stop at design. I’m also a musician and songwriter, and I’ve been lucky enough to carry that same curiosity into making music that celebrates different experiences and, hopefully, makes people smile.

With design and music as two of my biggest passions, I studied Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Washington and music production at the University of Sussex in England.

I’m always learning and exploring how design intersects with empathy, creativity, and the needs of the people we design for.
